Funny how different people are in their approach to trips. When I leave for a long one, I just put everything in a big heap on the floor and get the hell out of town. Then as I go along I slowly organize that big pile of rubble and eventually find a location for it all. I wouldn't take two minuates of my time to do this before I leave because it would be impeding my leaving, and I "wants to get on the road". So if you see somebody at a rest stop along I-5 swamping out his 85 Westy and trying to get his sh** together, it's probably me.

Don
