Maybe check fluid level. Take the 17mm hex plug out, and stick your finger inside. If you dont find any fluid, consider topping off. Check your drive flanges(where the CV axel attaches)for leaks. Resealing pieces are avaliable for about $20.To open the plug, get a 17mm bolt and spin about 3 or 4 extra nuts on the bolt and tighten these as tight as u can .Use this device as a tool for opening the fill plug.Stick the head of the bolt into the plug opening and put a wrench or socket on the nuts , and turn out.Or else get the proper fill plug tool . |
