I don't know if NAPA will be open in the morning, but I would check them or any other parts store out for a set of belts, and a roll of duct tape.

Change the belts, wrap the cracked hose with the duct tape, and loosen the expansion tank cap so there is no pressure on the hoses.

This will get you to where your going with minimum expediture.

A broken hose is no cake walk, but the no pressure on the cooling system trick, and some 200 mph tape has worked wonders for me many times with a cracked hose.
