Jeff,
    Did you replace the starter bushing also? The rebuilt starter I
purchased last week included a new bushing and a note stating ;" Warrenty
void if bushing is not replaced".
    I would also take your Van to a battery store that can check your
system. Sometimes your FLAPS will do this for free. I know Advance will. Let
me know what they find.
