Subject: New lifter Valve clearance
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii

Hi all, I know this topic has been discussed many times in the past, But searching through the Achieve only resulted in confusion. I found adjusting valve clearance by turning the screw to zero clearance, then two turn in according to some listees and the green book. Bob said 1/4 to 1/2 turn in, I have also found 1/2, 1, and even zero trun in clearance. Can someone comment on what is the best clearance for a new head with new lifters? Thanks

Leo, 91 multivan 112,000 miles
