Your Vanagon uses 14mm studs/bolts. That means you will need to enlarge the lugholes and recontour the lugseats. Secondly, you need longer studs in back and longer bolts up front (unless you have a big brakes kit). The CLK wheels you are looking at appear to be the cast variety.
