Joe, if you know your van is male, how can you possible offend him so by referring to him as "it!??!" We know you're male, and we don't refer to you as it. If you want him to run well for you, you'd better watch your language! He's going to end up with gender confusion, and when you get him a girl-vanagon companion you'll never have little vanagons running around your yard.
