Jim, As far as I know the muffler brackets(cradles) are NLA, so your only source is used. The straps are still available NOS, but insanely expensive. I have seen after-market/home made/custom offered reasonably priced on Ebay. I posted last week asking if anyone had installed one of these (see link below) S&S mufflers a while back, and got 1 personal (good) reply. So Weds, I ordered the listed M-V86 muffler, and will report back when I have it installed. Since this set up replaces everything past the cat this may be what you need also.
