The wheels you are looking at will fit after a few modifications. Fist the CLK's used 12mm bolts. Your Vanagon uses 14mm studs/bolts. That means you will need to enlarge the lugholes and recontour the lugseats. Secondly, you need longer studs in back and longer bolts up front (unless you have a big brakes kit). The CLK wheels you are looking at appear to be the cast variety. The cast wheels have a thicker mounting pad. You will need to compensate for that.

Offset will work as is.

I hope you are not contemplating the wheels on the auction you linked to. That auction appears to be only for wheel chrome plating services and not the wheels themselves.
