Snap-On has one -- open your wallet.

Or, take it to a garage and let them test it -- reach in your pocket a bit.

Or, take one of the queefed out pressure caps you probably have lying around
and gut it*, but retain the sealing ring.  Connect a tee to the overflow stub.
 Connect a Schraeder valve and a pressure gauge to the other two legs of the
tee.  Pressurize the system through the Schraeder valve with a bicycle pump.
One note: don't use a "Frabrique en Chine" gauge, it won't give you any
reliable information -- you'd do better to hack together a mercury column.

* To gut the pressure cap, pick out the sealing ring then, cupping the cap in
your hand with its opening facing away from your palm, slap the cap quickly
and hard on a solid flat surface.  If you are worried about the slight sting to
your pinkies and you hesitate in bringing the cap to bear against the
surface, find another method to extract the valve disc from the cap.  Like so many
other things, follow-through is needed for this to work.
