Subject: Symptoms--84 Westy
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII"

I have an early '84 Westy that has had an on and off history of the engine dying as I push in the clutch to stop for a red light and then being very hard to restart. If I drive for a short distance, turn it off and come back after a few minutes, it is also very hard to start. Recently, I had to leave at a store overnight. When I came back this morning, it started up ok but when I got it home and tried to restart it in the driveway it wouldn't start. The starter turns over just fine. Does anyone have any suggestions?

TIA. John
