They only need adjustment after someone messes with them. The whole point of hydraulic lifters is no adjustment and less noise. If there is no problem, leave them be.

Is this in the Bentley? I had the lads at the local shop drop in new hydraulic lifters all 'round when the engine was there a few weeks ago getting the head pits patched with epoxy. Engine has 65,000 miles on it. 1.9l.
