From what I have learned aobut cooling system leak stoppers, such stuff provides temporary relief at best. The sealed leak won't stay sealed for long. And, on the really negative side, these sealers also tend to seal where it's not desirable - such as the small passages in radiators. If you use this stuff, expect difficulties later. Maintenance will most likely include repairing/replacing the radiator.
