Subject: Sliding side window catch is loose
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

On my '88 Westy, I've noticed that on the sliding window on the side door, that the little black latch that you push to move the window is loose.

It's not loose enough to not work, but I've looked at the device and don't see where you would turn anything to tighten it or how you would take it off if needed. When I wiggle the piece on the inside of the door, the little rectangular pad on the outside wiggles as well. That's the way in which it is loose.

Any ideas? Do you have to take the glass part of the window out to fix?

John Graham 88 Westy Charlotte, NC
