I just got laid off after ten years at a job that I absolutely hated from day one (and got a handsome severance) so I have some time on my hands before I decide what I want to be when I grow up (and I'm accepting any and all suggestions. Anything that does not involve a cubicle is basically what I'm looking for.)

Went to Colorado Auto Salvage on W. Ratliff yesterday...They had the following:

'86 Wolfsburg Weekender, bronze beige metallic w/tan roof...This one is an engine fire victim; pretty gruesome to look at. Everything in the rear is burned up; tranny is 4-speed and might be okay. The folding table is in good shape AND the poptop is unscathed. All front suspension parts were there as well.

'84 GL, 4-speed, marine blue w/blue interior...Looks like somebody had just had enough and parked it out there. It's almost completely intact.

Hope that helps somebody.

Joe T.
