The install manual sez to connect the product's vacuum hose to, "an existing vacuum hose that has constant vacuum while the engine is running at idle." When Tim did his install he connected it "between the throttle body and the hard white plastic line that goes to the charcoal canister inboard of the right rear tire." His Goldibox is an '87, my Mellow Yellow is an '84.
