mr richard , hit it right on the head, check your TPS switch(s).

on a note of the syndrome

it does affect a digijet system, and a digifant system , and it doesn't matter if it is a ABA conversion or a Wasserboxer setup. I think it is how the AFM is being bounced. So if you haven't done the cap fix. You should.One less thing to worry about.

In my humble op. you should install a digitool and leave it hooked up to know more about your van. others may offer diff advice on that

Look at the TPS switch(s). First

Now to throw a monkey wrench in it....i had some similar problems....and it was my switch on the steering console, the switch was worn and loose, and it keep turning itself off..
