It's not likely that all the bolts sheared leaving the shaft hanging. Those bolts ae hell-for-stout, all together. Most likey they loosened, then simply fell out somewhere.

Remove the shaft completely by removing the other bolt set. Then inspect the flanges where the CV bearing race face fits to the flange. Look at the bolt hols to see if any are stripped. You might just try screwing in a bolt to see if the threads are damaged. If they are ok, then you just need some bolts. If not you may need to chase the threads with a thread chaser or a tap of the right size and thread count.

When you put it back together, be sure the bolts get the right torques.
