Conditioned air is dehydrated air.There should be little moisture in the
air coming out of the vents.Sometimes when your system is working too
efficently, you may get some frosty ice blowing out,but this is not a great
ammount.Perhaps the mechanic accidently disconnected the condensate drain
hose when servicing the expansion valve.Are you getting water dropping on
the ground on both sides of the vehicle? If only on the right side, you
probably have a problem with the left drain hose.I am guessing that the
condensate is exiting the drain pan and going into the plastic a/c cover
and pooling there.Not going down the tube as planned.It is then being
wicked up into the evaperator and blown out of the vents.The conditioned
air is now humidified.If you had a westy, you would just get a flood of
water on your nice mattress with a disconnected hose.Dont know about 91
Carats,but if you run the a/c for about 30 minutes and then park the van on
a surface that will tilt the van to the left side, you may get a flood of
water.
