Hi Volks,

I'm delegated to driving my Dad's 84 westy "Smoky" up to BusFusion this weekend... about 230 miles or so IIRC. The transmission is whining a bit in 4th, and I'd like to check the level before I go. Unfortunately both of our bentley manuals are out of the province at the moment.

Q1. Where's the filler cap for the tranny?

Q2. Where's the drain plug?, and how do you know when it's full.

I did try googling for an answer on this but got nowhere... if someone can refer me to a webpage with the info or spell it out online I'd appreciate it.

Happy trails,

Greg Potts Toronto, Ontario, Canada
