Funny to see this thread because I have a clock question, too. We had our battery replaced last week, and the clock needed to be reset. I have done this many times in the past, but must have poked too hard or something this time, because exactly what you said would happen if you pushed them at an angle ‹ they got stuck. I tried pulling off the dashboard cover (the piece that sticks out over the speedometer, but this doesn¹t let me access the clock buttons to get them back in the right position. So what is the not easy procedure for fixing this problem?

turbodieseltrooper:

Just poke away, but only do your poking perpendicular to the face of the clock. Should you press the stylus you are using at an angle, the set buttons can become dislodged from their intended positions and hang up under the clock face only to constantly cycle through the display numerals. Even then, the buttons can be brought back into their proper positions, but it is not easy to do.
