Hi Jeff, I would suggest you disconnect a fuel line at the cold start injector and stick it into a gas can. Turn the ignition key and see if gas flows out. Be careful, there is a definite risk of fire in this procedure. If fuel does not flow out when the ignition is turned over you have a bad fuel pump. If yes, then you may have a bad ignition circuit. The injectors are triggered by the pulse in voltage at the coil caused when the spark plugs are fired. No spark can also mean that the injectors won't fire. Check for spark at the plugs and let us know what you get. You might also want to charge your battery. 10.5V might not be enough to awaken the ECU.
