I used two 6" 12V Computer case fans in my Westy for 10 years and they worked great. I just mounted them right behind my head, above the headrest and had a little mini switch. I mostly just turned them on at red lights when I couldn't catch a breeze but I often forgot to turn them off because they were so quiet.
