If they are spraying continuously you have a short in the harness or the ECU. It is fairly common for the 1.9 ECU to short the out put device.

Any idea what would make the fuel injectors either stay on so long or come on too much?

The injectors should spray once every 180 degrees of rotation? They seem to be spraying almost all the time.

It's flooding my new engine and I can't get the engine started.
