I've never had it pop up from being left unlatched... but I have driven away with it up at least 4-5 times... Several times just drove out of the camp ground with it up and quickly realized... but once over-nighting outside a casino (stateline nevada) I acutally made it all the way down the on-ramp onto I-15 before I realized why "it seeemd like there was such a strong head wind". Must of been doing 60mph when I realized and quickly pulled over.

It's quite impressive the wind abuse the top can withstand...
