Subject: Airlift spring supports
Content-Type: text/plain; format=flowed

Hi all,

I wanted to relay a very good experience...

I bought the Airlift 1000 supports (www.airliftcompany.com) for my rear springs last March. I liked the fact that they were easy to install, made the rear end much stiffer, and actually raised the saggy butt of my Westy by about 3/4 inch.

This morning I was checking the pressure, and one side was empty (I hooked them up separately.) I removed it and found that there was a massive leak right where the seam hits the bump-stop in the spring.

I called Airlift's warranty line and got a busy signal, so I sent them an email explaining the situation and asking what we could do.

I received an email back almost immediately, asking for my address. They are shipping one out UPS as we speak.

I figure that generally if a company provides bad service, you tell several folks, but when you get good service, you rarely mention it. So, I'm mentioning it. Good folks, good product, great service.
