Help me if you can. My 86 GL automatic has a bouncing idle problem. It's about a half second cycle and 100-200 RPM swing. 900-1100 RPM. It started after I replaced the O2 sensor and Temp2 sensor and some vacuum lines. It happens when hot (after that cold hesitation)and sometimes it goes away. I do have a questionable connection at the Hall sender that I'm going to investigate. The PO said his mechanic(also a PO) advised a new/used ECU. I'm ready to swap my 89 ECU to see if this helps. Any brainstorms are welcome.
