Howdy everyone,

I just finished redoing the heads and adjusting the values on my 85 Westy. It starts right up and appears to have good horse power. However, it is running very rich.

I checked it for vacuum leaks. Also, connected/disconnected a new O2 sensor but it doesn't change a thing. Could it be that a valve isn't adjusted correctly? Someone mentioned that I should adjust the air box. Don't know much about that, where is it located and which direction should I turn it? . Can you super Vanagon pros out there help us out?.Thanks for everything.

Vince
