Mark,
After you remove the two screws, the fun begins. What keeps it so
tight is the rubber seal along the top. Run a bit of dish liquid into
that seam and push/pull front to back just to get some movement and
penetration of the soap.

Next, take some pliers and work that rubber strip up and out. Then the
panel just lifts up. It will try to hang on the forward screw tab so
watch for that.

If that doesn't work, you have to resort to the rubber mallet method,
lightly tapping along the bottom of the panel. This is what I did the
first time I pulled the panel. since then it's not quite as tough.
