Odd. Perhaps I have a different ETKA. The one I have is the 6.3 european version. It's chock-full of all sorts of wacky european-market accessories, like super loud multi-tone musical horns, auxiliary roof mounted turn signals, ambulance stretcher-chairs, and headlight washers. I guess maybe most people have the US version?

Heh. Yeah, looks like a big round faced dial thingy with a face that opens with a key. That must be it.

If anyone's interested, I could probably direct them to this strange, foreign version of the ETKA...
