Either the idle stabilizer is not working or you have another
performance problem. A simple adjustment is not the answer.

I tried looking in the archives but the website must be down.  I know  I
have
gotten the information before but can't seem to find it right now.
Can someone shoot me a link to an idle adjustment page (or explain it if
its
not too much
trouble).  I have my idle on my 87 Westy running at about 950 rpm (per
Bentley).  This is
in park.  When I put in drive with foot on the brake it goes down to
750
rpm.  The problem
is when I have the AC blowing it will drop down to 500 rpm, and
periodically
dip down even
further causing me to die out.  (I have been looking for a job and its
not
easy driving around
in a monkey suit in 95 degree weather with no AC!)

I'm hoping I can just raise the idle up a bit to maybe 1,100 rpm and
that
will fix the problem.
Any other suggestions?  Thanks in advance.
