Well, I can't say that I know a whole lot about the coolant line layout of the 1.9, having never actually seen one in real life, but I've seen enough pictures to hazard some wild-ass guesses. Since all the coolant plumbing its pretty much up top of the engine, the water is probably leaking above and running down along the seam between the engine and tranny to drip off underneath. The most likely location for any slow drip is at a hose connection somewhere. From the diagrams it seems like the likely culprit would be around that big fitting on the driver's side of the firewall where the two large hoses connect. If you have an auto tranny I'd check the two hoses from the transmission cooler also. Perhaps someone on the list with more hands-on experience with the 1.9 can provide some better insight?
