Subject: Rust Resto Pics: "Look Ma -- No Seams "
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Hi gang, I recently had the bodywork done on my van. I took these pics to send to my insurance company, but I though some of you might be interested. I bought 2 rear fenders, a rocker panel and a rear corner from BusDepot/CIP1. The guy who did the work welded the panels in so I have no seams (and hopefully therefore, no seam rust in the future). After the job was done I took the van for Krown rustproofing. I think my guy did a really nice job and am very happy with it --- though the proof is 3 or 4 years down the road of course. The colour is now a sort of electric blue rather than the original Miami Blue --- but we like it and it got lots of comments at BusFusion. Pics are here: http://www.kodakgallery.com/BrowsePhotos.jsp?Urefreshkey=1119536905309&collid=132823084205&page=1&sort_order=0

Cheers, Doug
