If it is sold anywhere above certain altitudes it probably has at least 3 percent ethyl in it as well. If in california or certain east coast states it will have from 3 to 5 percent ethyl in it or other oxygenates. Fuel is modified with oxygenates (mandatory in their mixture, percentages vary by local zone controlled by EPA), stabilizers, octane modifiers, VOC modifiers (EPA again), and others.

Pure naptha as an auto fuel sold from the pump in the US or Canada would be illegal. Oxygenates are mandated in the US and Canada.
