Thanks guys for all the help. I plan to look for the leaks this weekend, in the meantime I'm ordering parts, I agree with the replace all of them since they're all old, when I figure out which ones are vacuum.

Jake: I can not find the schematic you are talking about at www.bus-boys.com, If you have a minute would you send me a link.
