I've always found _www.crutchfield.com_ (http://www.crutchfield.com) a good source for car stereo equipment. You can hit the site and type in you vehicle make and model and they will give you the list of what will be an "exact" fit into your rig.

I got some from crutchfield that just fit in the door opening, but needed window crank extentions so the cranks would clear. There is another clearance issue that it sounds like you're aware of, where the door mounted speaker is overlapped by the dash board when the door is closed. So the speaker grill clearance, even with electric windows, is an issue.

I mounted my speakers years ago so I don;t remember the model, and they're likely not available anymore, anyway. But like I said Crutchfield has been a good source in the past.

Also if ever buying a car stereo Crutchfield sells their units with the direct plug and play harness adapters for your vehicle so you can use the factory connections. Makes the install much easier in my opinion.

DISCLAIMER: My family has owned crutchfield for years and we are extremely wealthy. Nah, c'mon. I have no interest in the company and am merely sharing my good experience in the past.
