You hit that one square!!! the type on the back of certain CRT can discharge 10k volts at almost an amp. This is more than enough to kill in certain situations. Some large motor systems have start caps even larger. One thing I was taught in basic electrical school was never trust a bleeder system for large capacity capacitors. Also some very large power transformers build up a capacitive charge in them so that they can actually still have a fatal voltage unless grounded after disconnecting. Jimt
