Most of the later Westys had A/C. There are no ducts as such, which is why they are barely adequate at cooling the front of the van. There are just a series of vents in the front of the A/C housing, facing the front. The latest ones had a wide flat chamber, which brought these vents closer to the front, but still inadequate. The housing is different, made out of plywood, along with the rest of the cabinetry, by Westfalia. Some people have added the poptop to regular vans. There would be info in the archives and there are probably some web sites around detailing how they did it. Jerry
