Has one patched rip/rot hole on the passenger side.  Other than that,
nothings wrong with it.  I'm replacing it because I got a new acrylic tent
for my birthday.  Here's a pic of the old tent, coming off the Red westy
on the left:

The patched hole is approx 6 inches long.  I've camped many nights in the
Pacific NW with no leaks whatsoever.
