Subject: Anyone need a front rotor?
Content-type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

Hi all,

I live in Baltimore, MD.

I ordered a new rotor for my '80 Vanagon from Bus Depot a while ago prior to some front brake work. I was anticipating needing it since I was feeling grinding.

On inspection the brakes were just getting to the point of damaging the rotor so replacing it was unnecessary.

In other words, I have a spanking new $50 rotor in the box (I did open it to inspect it).

Bus Depot lists it as fitting '80-'85

You can find it listed here:

http://busdepot.com/details.jsp?partnumber=251407617A

Since shipping such a beast may be prohibitive is there anyone nearby who is interested. I'm guessing it probably weighs 15-20 lbs. if someone needs one shipped from Baltimore I'll consider splitting the shipping cost.

Please reply privately...thanks.
