CRC makes one which is probably branded Sta-Lube. It even has a hose
with an end fitting which holds the hose in the filler hole. A lot of
auto parts houses carry this reasonably priced pump.

Allow me to double up on that.
 Any marine ships store also has lower unit gear oil pumps that screw
right on the top of the Red Line gear oil bottle.
Cost?
About 7 bucks, and they work well for this application.
