I used to use the blue Pentofin, or however it's spelt, but last time I went to the FLAPS where I bought it before they didn't have the blue. The guy behind the counter told me the state of California made them pull it off the shelves because it didn't have instructions in english on the bottle. They had the red, I think he said it was lifetime. I opted for the yellow Mercedes stuff this time. Cost me about $11 a gallon once I mixed it up with H2O. In the past I have used the Sierra green stuff too.

I looked on an old antifreeze jug to see if it had phosphates in it and it doesn't say anything about it having it or not. Which antifreeze is the perfered type. Thanks Bob Mac
