My '85 Westy had tinted windows when I got it. The rear side windows
and the rearmost window has a very dark (limo) tint and the driver's and
front passenger windows have a lighter tint. My rear defroster works
just fine with the tint in place.
I'm happy with the windows tinted as they are and feel I should
duplicate it on my 7 passenger.
