Subject:      How hard is it to get all the doors off? Is it worth doing to
              paint them?

I'm bringing my van in for painting Monday and I was thinking of
taking the doors off to make it easier to paint them (on both sides),
How hard is it to remove the doors? The only think it looks like I
have to worry aout are the front speakers and the rear defrost (I
don't have power locks or power windows).
