Trace the rod that goes to the throttle from the transmission forward and you will find a pivot point that is toward the front of the transmission (front of the van as well). Take this pivot point apart (It has one 13mm head nut) and clean it up and lubricate it with graphite grease. This should fix your problem. It happens from time to time.
