I looked at the mileage... 189,000 or so. IMHO, too much money unless it's had a recent engine and transaxle from a reputable source.

Yes on propane heater. Hydro-flame from a smallish motorhome. About 20k btu. (I have one in my Riviera. They have a propensity for cracked heat exchangers. Ask me how I know...)

All in all fairly clean. But I'd be concerned about having to immediately drop another $7k in it to make it reliable.
