I think Larry's comments on the performance penalty really only apply if you also change the rolling diameter. My Michelin Agilis 51's 215/65-15 (mounted on 15" SA Rhein Wheels) are pretty darn close to stock rolling diameter, and I have not noticed a performance difference.
