If you notice Doug, most all of the Van conversions of many origins have either Limo tint or the next step lighter.

Your 100% correct with the thought that the back windows can all be either black, or blanked out, as in a cargo Van. It's totally legal in all 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and Hawaii

The driver's and the passneger door galss just has to be clean and see through.

A light tint is OK.
