The previous owner of my '90 Westfalia did window tinting on his own.  It's
full of bubbles, peeling in some spots and just looks pretty sad.

What's the best way to remove the old tint?  Would I be better off to have
it removed professionally?  I'm especially worried about possible damage to
the rear defroster.

I'd appreciate suggestions.
