I had this happen on my current trip and it ended up being an electrical fault in the wiring
ribbon behind the speedo.  Next time the buzzer goes off, take off the instrument cover and just
rub your had around in back of the speedo wiring  ribbon panel and see if the buzzer goes off,
mine did.  M
